At Grip and Rip Fitness, our team of highly experienced coaches are committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you’re a beginner looking to start your fitness journey or an experienced athlete aiming to reach new heights, our team guides and motivates you every step of the way. Our team is led by our Head Coach, who has over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for helping others achieve lasting results. We also have a Sweat Coach who specializes in high-intensity workouts that are guaranteed to get you sweating and burning calories. And last but not least, our Functional Fitness Coach, an expert in Hyrox and functional fitness training, helps you improve your strength, mobility, and technique. We believe that our team of coaches has the knowledge, expertise, and passion to help you succeed, and we are excited to help you on your journey to a healthier, happier you.

I’m the Head Coach here at Grip and Rip.
I’ve been in the fitness industry for going on 12 years now, and sport has always been a passion and interest of mine.
Along with my years of coaching, I have my Level 1 and 2 CrossFit Coach Certificates as well as a CrossFit Gymnastics course behind my belt.
I believe exercise and training should be as important in your life as eating and sleeping. It’s a way of life, and I love to share the joy that Fitness has given me all these years.
I have a very competitive personality and have competed at a high level in Rugby, Olympic weightlifting and CrossFit.
I may be loud and direct, but I only have my members’ best interests at heart and love to see how people’s lives change through finding fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
I am truly Blessed to be a part of Grip and Rip, and it’s community.
Our motto, “Faith, Community and Fitness”, defines what we are about: God first, serve and support our community and a lot of sweat.

Sweat Coach
I’m the sweat coach and tremendously blessed to do what I love every day. I’m a mom of two with an absolute passion for fitness and people.
If you want to smash some goals, I’ll be your biggest supporter, and we’ll have a blast doing so. I have 7 years experience in the fitness industry ranging from CrossFit to body building and I have P1 precision nutrition certification which I finished in 2022.
I am certain that helping people be more active and healthy is my calling and I enjoy every moment of it.
The Sweat classes and it’s people are very close to my heart and I have a special bond with all our members. My aim is to be their support, accountability partner and friend.
With our gym’s “for Jesus” heart, moral compass and compassionate environment, we strive to give you the best results in a fun and supportive way. Building a strong community that encourages and builds each other up.
We are not just a few people thrown together doing some workouts. We are family!
