Grip and Rip Fitness is a Functional Fitness gym in Secunda that offers a variety of fitness classes and programs for all levels of fitness and experience. We are a community of people who share a passion for fitness and health, and we support each other in achieving our goals. We have certified and experienced coaches who will guide you through the workouts and motivate you to push yourself. We have a spacious and well-equipped facility with everything you need to get fit and have fun.

They incorporate elements from various sports and disciplines, such as weightlifting, gymnastics, running, rowing, and more.

The best way to start  is to find a local box near you and contact the owner. They will guide you through the basics and help you join the classes. You don’t need any special equipment or experience to start . All you need is a pair of shoes, some clothes, and a willingness to work hard and have fun.

How much does it cost to join Grip and Rip Fitness?

The cost of joining Grip and Rip depends on the type of membership or package you choose. We offer different options to suit your budget, style and schedule. You can choose from monthly memberships, class packages, drop-in fees, or personal training sessions. What are the classes offered by Grip and Rip Fitness?
We offer a variety of classes for all levels of fitness and experience.
 
 
Some of our classes are:
 
Functional Fitness Classes: These are our main classes that follow a certain methodology of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. These classes are 60 minutes long and consist of a warm-up, skill or strength work, a workout of the day (WOD), and a cool-down.
 
Sweat Classes: These are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes that combine cardio, strength, and core exercises in a fun and challenging way. These classes are 45 minutes long and consist of a warm-up, a workout, and a cool-down.

Hyrox: Hyrox is a competitive fitness race combining running with functional workouts, designed to test both strength and endurance. Participants run 1 km and then complete a functional workout, repeating this sequence eight times. Workouts include activities like sled pushes, rowing, and wall balls. The event is structured for all fitness levels, with different divisions based on age and ability. Hyrox is popular for its clear and measurable format, making it a global fitness competition.

What are the opening hours of Grip and Rip Fitness?

We are open from Monday to Saturday from 5 am to 8 pm. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have a gym where I can train on my own?

Yes, we do! We have the pump gym where you can signup for gym membership. We have limited memberships available in order to keep the gym comfortable and easy to use, contact us about availability.
